Annual Best Article Award
Each year, an award is given out for the best article in PRQ from the previous year. The recipient receives $1000 and is announced at the WPSA annual meetings.
The 2008 winner is Professor Kathleen Dolan, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, for her March 2008 article, “Is There a ‘Gender Affinity Effect’ in American Politics?: Information, Affect, and Candidate Sex in U.S. House Elections” 2008 61 (1): 79-89.
